im going to have to go with the tiger

    advantages:
    1. Its big size is a factor for making it easire to take down smaller enemies
    2. Strong hind legs help it pounce and make fast attacks
    3. Its agility for quick swipes and bites or dodges and escapes
4.Tigers most of the time have the stronger bit forces it just depends on the animal

    Lion advantages:
1.Its mane it the biggest protects from strong bites
2.Its very agrressive but because of this are killed 67% of the time because there over confident
3.True they are faster but barely

I would have to bet for the tiger. In some Asian countries, lion-tiger fight inside large cages or dens is a form of cruel but habitual gambling. Most zoo keepers, who participate in arranging the fight, attested that in 9 out of 10 fights, the tiger wins. So their usual advice, "never bet for a lion." Perhaps the primary reason why tigers are the usual winners is that tigers have more developed fighting skills because they are solitary and are used to knocking down their prey alone. The lions have to call group assistance from their siblings to knock down their meals. Unlike lions, tigers are lone hunters, attackers and survivors so they are bound to develop more muscles and fighting strategies to hunt and survive in the wild.

Lions have to defend their pride against other male lions that fight back. Usual tiger prey; deer don't fight back. Lions have more practice fighting bigger, stronger animals; water buffalo, wilderbeast, other lions etc. Lion manes protect from claws and bites.

Tigers also fight other tigers over territory and they hunt the same kinds of animals as lions or animals that are of comparable size to what lions hunt, alone without help. If you look up what kinds of animals tigers hunt, you will see that your statement is false. Lions do it in a group so to say that they have more practice fighting bigger, stronger animals doesn't really make any sense from a logical standpoint. It would make more sense to say that I would get more experience fighting alone then I would if I took down the same opponent with a group of other people helping me or animals in this instance.

Because tigers are lone animals they are more likely to avoid a conflict with a equally fiersome predator. Despite what tiger fanatics say the Romans actually state this by saying the tiger so often fled and so often lost in fights they started putting 2 tigers against a single lion. I should point out that this was the Barbary lion which is bigger than other lions and most tigers and also the Barbary lion was a lone wolf like the tiger unlike other lions. Ido know of only 2 tapes in existense witha wild male asian lion and wild male bengal tiger and the lion won both. also the korean pit fiights of 59 was a score of 4 lion wins and 1 tiger win. I could go on and on but the past evidense points to the lion to all but tiger fanatics.

All past evidense points to the lion. Despite what tiger fanatics say the Romans stated in plain terms that the tiger would most often retreat and if it did fight it would lose that they started matching 2 tigers against a lion. I to be fair will point out that this was the Barbary lion which is the largest of the lions. A tiger being a solitary animal would be likely to try and avoid a conflict with another fiersome predator bcos injury would mean death and history states this. There are only 2 videos in existense of a wild lion and wild tiger both males and this was an asian lion against a bengal tiger and the tiger came out 2nd best in both. Clyde Beatty lost 4 tigers to lions and in the Korean pit fights of 1959 the score was finalized at 4 wins for the lion and 1 for the tiger. Any N. Korean film should be suspect as I have it on good authority that the lions are drugged there and anyway tame animal fights are a red herring as these animals are shells of their wild counterparts and just as many films are taken in these 2 of lions winning but a lot are not sent so gullible americans can praise eastern dominance over western dominance by praising their animal the tiger. btw the good authority I have this on is the zoo keepers themselves who state the lion has more wins despite being drugged. I lived there for 6 yrs. The only way that can get an equal amount of tiger wins is to shave the mane off hardly fair.

i believe that tiger is a more stronger and a more mightier animal than a lion .we know that a tiger hunts alone and lions hunt in groups and this shows and proves the tigers superiority and bravery unlike the lion .
